2. What Sabq is (and is not)

Sabq publishes journalism and educational material about athletics development in Egypt. We are not a travel agency, federation, or medical provider. Training advice is general; athletes should consult qualified coaches and clinicians.

3. Intellectual property

Text, design, and original graphics on this site belong to Sabq / tour-egypt.biz unless otherwise credited. Stock photographs are used under their respective licenses (including Pexels). You may share links; you may not republish full articles without written permission.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt or misuse the website.
• Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading content via forms.
• Do not scrape the site in a way that harms our hosting or misrepresents authorship.

5. Event listings

Calendar entries are provided in good faith. Dates, venues, and entry rules can change. Confirm with organizers before traveling. Sabq is not liable for cancelled meets or travel costs.

6. Clinics and programs

Participation in Sabq clinics may require waivers, age verification, or school authorization. Spots are limited. We may refuse participation that compromises athlete safety.

7. Disclaimer

Content is provided “as is.” We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness of facility notes, times, or program outcomes. Athletics involves risk of injury.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sabq and tour-egypt.biz are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on published material.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes shall be considered in courts of competent jurisdiction in Cairo, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
