Not a stadium — measured road loops with salt air and wind. Good for tempo; terrible for blocks. We list them because distance athletes need honest options outside Cairo traffic.
Giza plateau dirt circuits
Informal volume routes. Bring your own water and respect private land. Useful for base building when city tracks close for renovations — which happens more than press releases admit.
