Send information we can verify
Include event name, date, venue, disciplines, age groups, entry deadline and a direct organizer contact. Promotional language is edited into a practical listing.
Travel note
Sabq is not the organizer
Unless an event is explicitly marked as a Sabq clinic, responsibility remains with the named host. Confirm before paying fees or booking travel.
